Common questions

If you can't find the answer, ask when you book an appointment.

Do I need a referral from my doctor?

Not for the first visit. If you have reports or test results, bring them: they help us understand your case better.

How long is each session?

The first visit lasts an hour. Follow-up sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the treatment.

What should I bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in and, if you have them, the medical reports about the injury.

Is Pilates suitable for every level?

Yes. The groups are small and each person works on exercises adapted to their assessment.
