Listen. Prepare. Make it clear.

ELEVA designs websites for businesses and professionals and sets up AI for specific office tasks. They are two different jobs that we do the same way: first we understand how you work.

How we work, with an example

Four moments, the same for a website and for an audit. Here, with the sample accountancy firm from the home page.

  1. Understand the business

Before proposing anything, we ask how you work and what your clients ask you.

    Questions to start with
    • What do clients ask you most often?
    • How do enquiries reach you today?
    • What can only someone at the firm answer?
  2. Prepare the solution

A website where clients can explain themselves clearly, and an AI workspace with instructions and approved information.

The enquiry form of the accountancy concept: the topic (tax, payroll or accounting), a field to explain the case and the button to continue.
    Instructions

Answer only from the approved information. Questions that need judgement go to the adviser. No invented dates, amounts or deadlines.

  3. Review it together

We test each task before handing it over and adjust whatever's needed together.

    Draft to review

Hi Marta, to close the quarter, please send us your issued and received invoices and the statements for your business account.

A person reviews it before it is sent.

  4. Explain how to use it

We go through the website with you and leave a step-by-step guide for the AI workspace.

Setup and user guide · Step 3 of 6 Paste the instructions

Open the project settings and paste the whole text into the “Instructions” field. Then save.

How to know it worked: the whole text fits.

There is always a proposal before we start. People decide: AI prepares drafts and analyses, but sending, paying or signing is done by a person. And we will never ask for your password.

The accountancy firm is an ELEVA design concept and the data is fictional.

The details are part of the work

Four details from the concepts and the demonstration, exactly as they are.

The sample menu from the restaurant concept, in three columns, with each dish's name, a line of description and the price aligned to the right.
The menu is text, not an image. It reads well on a phone and can be updated without redoing any design. Website concept · Restaurant
The first-visit card from the physiotherapy concept, over a treatment photograph: one hour, with an assessment, and the visit's three steps.
The first visit, explained up front. Anyone about to book an appointment knows what to expect first. Website concept · Physiotherapy
What a person checks before sending it
  • That the channel is the current one, the Document Portal, not the old one.
  • That there is no invented link, date or deadline.
  • That no opinion is given on the tax question.
Every draft has someone who reviews it. The AI workspace prepares; a person checks and decides. Demonstration · AI audit
The quarterly calendar from the accountancy concept: what to bring each quarter, in a clear list.
One question, one answer in plain sight. What to bring each quarter, in a list you can check before calling. Website concept · Accountancy
